Meet Your Administration

Principal

Scott Wainwright

I have been an educator in CMCSS since 1997. First as a middle school teacher at Richview, and then as an assistant principal here at NPMS. Prior to my venture into middle school public education, I was an Instructor Pilot for the United States Army. It is an honor to be at NPMS and to work with our students, teachers, and parents every day.

Assistant Principal

Richard Frost

Hi I am Richard Frost and a native of Clarksville, Tennessee. I’m a former student of New Providence Middle School and a graduate of Northwest High school. I began my career 17 years ago teaching mathematics to students across grades 6th – 8th grade. In addition to teaching, I am a husband and father of two amazing children who keep me entertained with their athletic events. Additionally, I am very proud to say that I have had the privilege of serving these last three years as the assistant principal at my alma mater. I am strong believer in building positive relationships and creating a safe and conducive environment that allows my students to reach their greatest potential. I’m looking forward to working with you and your child to help make these pivotal years exciting and one to remember. Go Mustangs!!!!

Assistant Principal

Kelli Lorton

This is my third year as an Assistant Principal at NPMS, with 20 plus years experience as a professional educator. Prior to becoming a school administrator I taught high school business and computer courses. I am a huge college football and basketball fan and cheer for my alma mater, the Kansas State University Wildcats, whenever I get the chance! I enjoy spending quality time with my family, traveling and learning new things. I love working at NPMS and am looking forward to another great school year!
